The Bergstrom Leadership Center

The Kelley A. Bergstrom Leadership Center of Pi Kappa Phi is home to the fraternity's National Headquarters. However, the Bergstrom Leadership Center, serves as as much more than the administrative offices of the greater fraternity.

Opened in 2008, the Bergstrom Leadership Center boldly welcomes students and alumni with an exterior façade inspired by 90 Broad Street—the Charleston home of Founder Simon Fogarty and birthplace of Pi Kappa Phi. Inside, visitors are delighted by the rich history on display in the Eldred J. Harman Museum. Located on the first floor, the museum captures the charm of turn-of-the-century Charleston and houses such treasures as the original minutes (from December 10, 1904), the first membership badge (which belonged to Founder Kroeg), and the first issue of The Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity Journal (the Star & Lamp's predecessor). 

At the heart of the Leadership Center is the Porterfield-Tirado Education & Seminar Room—a media-ready event space that can be reserved for chapter retreats, member education, volunteer training and other events. The Iota Board Room and Owen Conference Room provide additional meeting space.
