Each year Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity offers two major conferences for its members. Undergraduates and alumni gather to exchange ideas and learn how to be Leaders by Choice. Conferences give members the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, learn important practices to take back to their chapter, but also give brothers the chance to gather and celebrate the successes of the fraternity.
Pi Kapp College is held every odd summer on a college campus. Members return to "college," follow a "major" and spend the week earning their degree.
Supreme Chapter is the fraternity’s legislative sessions held every even summer. Fraternity business for the upcoming year is discussed, National Officers are elected, and brothers are given the chance to shape the future of Pi Kappa Phi.
Mid Year Leadership Conference is an officer training institute held each January in multiple cities across the country. Seven leaders from each chapter attend Mid Year to connect with brothers, get answers about how to run the chapter and engage in the leadership of Pi Kappa Phi.
