Leadership Consultant Visits
Each chapter will receive at least one visit per semester from your leadership consultant. You can view the consultants' travel schedules here. You will be notified with the dates of your
scheduled visit at the start of each semester. Additionally you will be
contacted by your consultant prior to his arrival.
Our consultant staff travels more than 250,000 miles each year by car, plane, and train to serve our
chapters. These men spend eight months working with all of Pi Kappa Phi’s undergraduate chapters, meeting
with alumni and volunteers, and opening new and dormant chapters.
As
the front-line in fulfilling the fraternity’s Second Century Vision, each
consultant visits up to 20 chapters during the academic year. During a visit, the consultants focuses on
chapter operations, recruitment, member education, philanthropic efforts, academics and other strategic areas for each chapter. They host workshops and retreats, work closely with university officials, and facilitate
general chapter development and leadership amongst chapter members.
