Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers 

As Pi Kappa Phi’s officer training institute, Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers prepares newly elected and re-elected officers and key committee chairmen for their roles as leaders of their chapter. Each year Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers is held in early January at five regional locations — Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Charlotte, North Carolina; Kansas City, Missouri; Birmingham, Alabama; and Los Angeles, California.

Dates & Locations

Chapter city assignments are based on proximity to the Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers location and hotel capacity. Requests to change your chapter's city assignment should be e-mailed to Meghan Gibson, Director of Program Logistics at mgibson@pikapp.org.

Chapters are expected to arrive at the hotel by 5:00 p.m. on Friday and depart after 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. The 2018 Schedule At-A-Glance provides an overview of the weekend.

Registration & Costs

Your chapter's Archon or Secretary may register your delegation through Chapter Gateway beginning November 1. The cost of Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers (for your chapter's 10 required delegates) is determined by the following deadlines for registration and payment:

Deadline  Registration Fee 
By December 1, 2017 $1,840 per chapter
By December 11, 2017 $1,890 per chapter
After December 11, 2016 $1,990 per chapter

Extra delegates (in addition to the required 10) may attend at a cost of $210 per delegate.

Tracks for Officers & Key Committee Chairmen

Each chapter will be required to send a delegate to each of the following 10 unique educational tracks offered for officers and key committee chairmen:
