Mid Year Leadership Conference
As Pi Kappa Phi’s officer training institute, Mid Year Leadership Conference prepares newly elected officers for their roles as leaders of their chapter. Each year Mid Year Leadership Conference is held in early January at four regional locations—Baltimore, Md.; Charlotte, N.C.; St. Louis, Mo.; and Dallas, Texas.

Registration & Costs
Your chapter's archon or secretary must register your delegation through Chapter Gateway. The cost of Mid Year Leadership Conference (for your chapter's eight required delegates) is determined by the following deadlines for registration and payment:

Extra delegates (in addition to the required eight) may attend at a cost of $195 per delegate.
Educational Tracks
Ten unique educational tracks will be offered, and each chapter is required to send a minimum of eight delegates.
