Over the past 80 years, the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity staff has worked to carry out the charge of the Supreme Archon when he charged the staff to “coordinate the old with the new – that the spirit, principles and traditions of Pi Kappa Phi should be preserved unimpaired.”

Since it's founding in Andrew Kroeg’s Law Office in 1924, the headquarters staff has served the needs of all members and facilitated several administrative functions, including membership record maintenance, chapter roll keeping and organizational communications. Over the years, the function of the staff team has grown to include the facilitation of many leading-edge educational and leadership programs, including Pi Kapp College, the Mid-Year Leadership Conference, Academic Coaching, LIFE 401, and many others.
